Can I file to the SEC on my own?
By obtaining the latest version of the EDGAR Filing Manual from the SEC website, you can learn how to file to the SEC. The EDGAR Filing Manual is contained in three volumes and includes information regarding EDGAR submissions.
How long does it take to register registration codes?
It usually takes 1-3 business days for the whole procedure. Our specialists can expedite this procedure at no extra charge.
Do I have to pay any fees during the clearance of the SEC?
Customers must pay registration fees in applications, mergers, and private transactions. For detailed information on fees, please contact our manager.
What is the best way to pay the fee?
All customers are given an account number at the time of registration with the SEC. They deposit money into this account for fees or registration forms. For instructions on sending a payment, contact our manager.
Can I refund SEC registration fees?
Customers can request a refund for EDGAR on the SEC website. But all unused and inactive registration fees, within 180 days, will be automatically refunded.
